Kevin and Colleen have served in a variety of roles within Novo/CRM since 1998. Currently Kevin is the Chief Operating Officer for Novo. In this role he gives oversight to Novo's Operations Team. This team takes care of everything from health insurance, to payroll, to technology support and beyond for over 500 Novo missionaries that serve around the world.

Our ministry heart has always been about serving Novo/CRM missionaries who serve around the world. The goal is to provide support that may help simplify their ministry and lives so as to allow them to focus on what it is God has called them to do.
